Terms of service

PhysiqueIQ is an AI-powered physique analysis platform designed for competitive bodybuilders, coaches, and athletes. The Service provides structured feedback on physique photos, tracks conditioning changes over time, enables photo comparison, and delivers competitive intelligence based on AI analysis.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze user-submitted photographs. All analysis is generated by AI models and does not constitute professional medical, nutritional, coaching, or training advice. See Section 8 for important disclaimers regarding AI-generated content.

The Free tier provides five (5) AI analyses per calendar month. Free accounts require registration. Free tier users do not have access to photo comparisons, calibration notes, or check-in history beyond thirty (30) days.

The Basic tier is available at $8.00 per month or $79.00 per year (billed annually, $6.58/month). Basic accounts receive fifty (50) AI analyses per calendar month, photo comparisons, calibration notes, complete check-in history, and bloodwork tracking. The posing critique section is not included at this tier.

The Self-Coached tier is available at $20.00 per month or $199.00 per year (billed annually, $16.58/month). Self-Coached accounts receive one hundred twenty-five (125) AI analyses per calendar month, the posing critique section, nutritional observations, training suggestions, and Show Intelligence.

Coach tiers are available at three capacity levels:

• Coach Starter — up to 20 athletes, 400 AI analyses per calendar month. $49.00/month or $479.00/year ($39.92/month).
• Coach Growth — up to 50 athletes, 1,000 AI analyses per calendar month. $99.00/month or $949.00/year ($79.08/month).
• Coach Pro — up to 100 athletes, 2,500 AI analyses per calendar month. $229.00/month or $2,199.00/year ($183.25/month). Contact us for pricing beyond 100 athletes.

Coach accounts include a multi-athlete dashboard, roster management, per-athlete coach notes, in-app messaging, and analysis visibility controls. Athletes join a roster only by accepting an invitation and may leave at any time, which ends the coach’s access to their data going forward.

A coach’s monthly analysis allowance covers analyses the coach runs. Analyses run by an athlete count against that athlete’s own plan, and the model used for an analysis is determined by the plan of the account that runs it.

API access is not currently sold as a standalone plan. Where API access is issued, it is granted against an existing subscription and its monthly request allowance follows that subscription’s tier. Any API pricing shown elsewhere on the Service is indicative only and is not an offer. API usage is subject to additional API Terms of Service.

Photo comparisons and week-over-week delta reports are AI analyses and count as two (2) analyses against the monthly allowance.

Users who exhaust their monthly analysis quota may purchase additional analysis credits. Credit packs: 1 credit for $1.00, 10 credits for $8.00, or 25 credits for $15.00. Credits do not expire and carry over until used.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with thirty (30) days’ advance notice. Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their current rate for a minimum of twelve (12) months following any price increase.

All payments are processed through Stripe, Inc. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Stripe to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected billing cycle (monthly or annually).

Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same date each month. Annual subscriptions are billed on the anniversary of the original subscription date. If your payment method is declined, we will attempt to process the charge using Stripe’s Smart Retry system before suspending access.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Upon cancellation, your account will be downgraded to the Free tier. You will retain access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period.

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund within the first thirty (30) days of purchase or renewal, at the Company’s sole discretion.

You retain all ownership rights to the photographs and other content you upload to the Service (“User Content”). These Terms do not transfer ownership of your User Content to the Company.

By uploading User Content to the Service, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, process, and analyze your User Content for the following purposes:

• Providing, maintaining, and improving the Service, including generating AI analyses of your photographs
• Training, developing, and improving the Company’s AI and machine learning models
• Generating anonymized, aggregated datasets for research and product development
• Producing anonymized analytics and benchmarks displayed within the Service

This license survives termination of your account with respect to anonymized data and trained model weights. Your original photographs will be deleted in accordance with Section 14.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to upload all User Content, and that your User Content does not violate the rights of any third party.

AI Outputs are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment; not professional coaching or training guidance; not guaranteed or definitive assessments of physique condition or competitive readiness.

AI models may produce errors, inconsistencies, or outputs that do not reflect the actual condition of the subject. You should not rely solely on AI Outputs for decisions regarding competition preparation, diet, training, supplementation, or health.

If the Service includes ranking or comparison features, all rankings and scores are AI-generated estimates and do not predict actual competition results. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the NPC, IFBB, or any other competition federation.

You assume all risk associated with your use of or reliance on AI Outputs. The Company shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or adverse outcome arising from your use of or reliance on AI-generated analysis, rankings, or recommendations.

Coach accounts allow coaches to manage a roster of athlete accounts, configure analysis settings, review and annotate athlete analyses, and communicate with athletes through in-app messaging.

When an athlete is linked to a coach’s roster, the coach has access to the athlete’s check-in photos, analysis results, calibration notes, and progress history for the duration of the coaching relationship.

Either the athlete or coach may terminate the coaching relationship at any time. Upon termination, the coach’s access to the athlete’s data is immediately revoked. The athlete retains all data associated with their account.

The Company does not employ, endorse, or certify any coach using the Service. The coaching relationship is solely between the coach and the athlete. The Company is not a party to any coaching agreement and assumes no liability for the actions, advice, or conduct of coaches.

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, algorithms, analysis methodologies, and all related intellectual property, is owned by the Company and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Company’s intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Service, you grant the Company an unrestricted, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free license to use such Feedback for any purpose, including improving the Service and training AI models.

PhysiqueIQ and associated logos are trademarks of the Company. You may not use these marks without prior written consent.

You may request deletion of your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting admin@physiqueiq.ai. Upon receiving a deletion request, we will delete your account and personal information within thirty (30) days and delete your original photographs from active storage within thirty (30) days. Data will be removed from backup systems within ninety (90) days.

Anonymized, aggregated data incorporated into competitive intelligence features, trained model weights derived from your User Content (which cannot be individually extracted), and records required by law survive account deletion.

Accounts inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months may be deleted after thirty (30) days’ written notice to the email address on file.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in Omaha, Nebraska, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.
